 Entrance Cenotes Dos Ojos

CENOTES DOS OJOS
Cenotes Dos Ojos are probably the world's best cavern dives. The name Dos Ojos means two eyes, and refers to two neighboring cenotes which connect into a very large cavern zone shared between the two. These two cenotes appear like two large eyes into the underground.
Decending The Pit

THE PIT

The Pit is an amazing sinkhole inside the deep jungle, an upstream branch of the system Dos Ojos. The Pit is with 370ft/110m the deepest cenote in the State of Quintana Roo...a truly unique place!

Grand Cenote

GRAND CENOTE

Grand Cenote is the heart of the huge system known as Sac Aktun which means white cave. It is an ample collapse that allows the diver to enjoy a large area with natural light.

Kukulcan

KUKULCAN
Cenote Kukulcan is part of the Chac Mool system. As soon as you start the dive, a
curtain of laser beams will take your breath away. A fantastic place for underwater pictures.

Taj Mahal

TAJ MAHAL
Cenote Taj Mahal takes you down a string of light zones giving a dazzling underwater laser-like show as you cross four different cenotes.

Car Wash

AKTUN HA
(Carwash)

Carwash resembles a typical pond. During the hot season there is a spectacular effect created by over blooming from algae which is visualized as a think orange-green layer on the surface.

Pet Cemetery

MYSTIC RIVER
(Pet Cemetery)

Mystic River charms with its stunning light to whitish formations and incredible amount of formations of all shapes and forms. The bottom is made up by soft sediment and reminds one of a dunes landscape.

Ponderosa

PONDEROSA (El Eden)

Ponderosa is a very large and exceptionally beautiful cenote. It is home to a wide variety of fish, freshwater eels, turtles and aquatic plant life. The large opening appears much more nutrient rich as the rocks are covered with plants and mosses but still maintaining unlimited visibility.

Cenote Angelita

ANGELITA
Angelita is different from other cenote dives because you dive only in the open water area. The specialty of this cenote is a thick layer of hydrogende sulfide at around 100ft/30 m which formed through rotten vegetation and which separates the fresh water from slat water below.
